We are excited to introduce our new Notification center and the Image component in this release!🎉 🎉

New Notification Center

We have created a new Notification Center to elevate your Feedier experience. In this initial release, it will show notifications specifically for Excel downloads of feedback.

In the next releases we will be adding Ownership, mentions in comments and other important notifications across the platform.

How it works:

A bell icon has been added to the navigation header, and clicking it will open the Notification Center.

notif_1.jpg

When you download feedback, a new notification bubble will appear on the bell icon. Opening the Notification Center will reveal the following:

notif_2.jpg
  1. A toggle that to show unread notifications only

  2. A download button that will download the file

The goal of this feature is to eliminate the need to check your email to download files, allowing you to do so directly within the platform.

Feedier Report Improvements

We are excited to share two improvements to our Feedier Report. First, the new Image Component allows you to add images to your reports, enhancing personalization. Second, benchmarking graphs now support up to 10 values per page, improving your ability to compare values and navigate within the component.

Image Component

How it works:

  1. On the configuration tab you will have the option to upload a image

    Screenshot 2024-07-29 at 10.11.01.png

  2. This component will also have text annotations

  3. You will be able to expand to a full page the image

The Image displayed will look like this:

Benchmarking Graph → Values Increased to 10

Previously, our benchmarking graph supported only 6 values per page. We have now increased this to 10 values per page.

Filter Modal Updated Design and Naming

We have made improvements to the filter modal to enhance your navigation between filters and segments by adding tabs that appear when you open the modal.

Screenshot 2024-07-29 at 10.32.56.png

To make the operators more intuitive, we have moved the AND/OR logic to the final step of the filter creation process.

Screenshot 2024-07-29 at 10.35.15.png

Naming of filters

For naming, the goal is to update "Global Filters" based on their action. Therefore, we have updated the names inside the Reports and Assignments modules because they were not filtering within the module but rather based on actions taken in the module.

Eureka AI Topic Suggestion

In Text Analysis Module the Summarisation feature suggested 5 topics each time it was generated, therefore we added a + button to each topic so you can easily create that topic.

How it works:

  1. Navigate to Text Analysis module and generate a Eureka AI summary

    Screenshot 2024-07-29 at 10.43.51.png

  2. On the topics you will see a + button

  3. Once selected the topic modal will be opened with the topic as a name

We are excited to introduce our new navigation and Text Analysis module in this release!🎉 🎉

New Navigation

We have designed a new navigation system to enhance your experience on Feedier. This improved navigation ensures more efficient use and priorities delivering value to you.

Note that you will have a tour to guide you through the new navigation when you first login.

Nav_2.jpg
  1. “Insights” becomes Dashboard → Dashboard is the new name for Insights here you will find your Activity, Ownership, Geographical and Pushes.

  2. NEW Feedback hub → We've renamed the "Feedback" page to "Live Feed" to better represent its purpose and to support our ongoing expansion. For admins, all pages related to managing feedback, including "Imports", "Surveys", the "Live Feed" and “Segments” modules, are now centralised in this new Feedback Hub.

  3. NEW Exploration hub → Introducing a new dimension to our sentiment analysis with a dedicated section combining our “Text Analysis” and “Assignments” empowered by Eureka AI modules.

  4. Reports module.

Text Analysis Module

We are excited to announce an upcoming enhancement to our platform. This advanced module is designed to elevate your analysis of text answers and topics, offering improved design, enhanced performance, and a suite of new features.

Composition of the module

The Text Analysis module is comprised of three distinct components: the Responses per Topic component, the Sentiment Trend by Responses component, and a third component with three features: Summarisation by Eureka AI, Topic & Responses Tables, and Individual Topic Visualisation.

In the following paragraphs, we will explore each of these components in detail.

Responses per topic

The first component starting from the left is the Responses per topic component. This component consists in two different views of the responses of topics.

In the first tab we see a breakdown by the 10 topics with more volume considering the global Filters and the timeline dropdown (1)

How does it work

Responses_per_topic.jpg
  1. Dropdown timeline to decide the time period to select the 10 topics to display.

  2. This graph consists of a pie chart breakdown of the 10 topics

  3. Legends of the graph

In the second tab we will see the same information but in an overtime graph

  1. Dropdown timeline to decide the time period of the x-axis and to select the 10 topics to display.

  2. This graph consists of a overtime chart of the 10 topics

  3. Legends of the graph

Sentiment trend by responses

The second component from the left is the Sentiment Trend by Responses. This component features an overtime graph displaying the sentiment trend (positive, negative, and neutral) along with its volume.

How does it work

Sentiment_trend.jpg
  1. Dropdown timeline to decide the time period of the x-axis.

  2. This graph consists of a overtime chart of the sentiment trend.

  3. % of the total (based in global filter and dropdown timeline) of each sentiment score.

  4. The topics with more volume related to the sentiment.

Tables & Summarisation

The next component we will discuss consists of three parts: an Eureka AI summary with insights of the text answers in your team, that also suggests five topics, a Topic Table offering valuable insights for each topic, and a Responses Table where you will be able to see each text answer and assign manually topics to each.

We are excited to introduce Eureka AI your personal AI analyst! 🎉 🎉

What is Eureka AI?

Screenshot 2024-07-02 at 18.15.27.png

Eureka AI transforms data management by combining real-time feedback and business records from all sources while providing excellent security with user access control, name anonymization, and ISO 27001 certification. It uses Feedier's query language with 20+ filters for fast and accurate data searches. Built on cutting-edge LLM technology, Eureka AI delivers precise text insights and information retrieval.

How it works?

Eureka AI serves as your personal AI analyst within the platform. In this initial iteration, it will be integrated into two key modules:

Assignment Module: Previously known as the Copilot module, the Assignment module now leverages Eureka AI to generate insightful results for your assignments.

Feedier Report: Eureka AI also powers the annotations with AI-generated text in Feedier Reports, providing in-depth analysis to enhance your understanding and efficiency in interpreting your data.

In future releases, Eureka AI will expand its analysis capabilities to include modules such as Text Analysis and Scheduling Module, along with other upcoming features.

Copilot Module → Assignment Module

We made this re branding to make more accurate goal of the module.

In Assignment module, the main goal is that you can assign tasks to Eureka AI and receive AI generated analysis based on your request.

Screenshot 2024-06-28 at 14.24.04.png

Pre filled Reports based on an Assignment

Our new feature allows you to create a pre-filled report based on a Eureka AI assignment in one click, selecting the "Create Report" icon in the Assignment page will do it. The report will include the assignment result on the first page and a pre-filled section with all related feedbacks.

This ensures comprehensive and relevant data representation.

Steps to create the report:

Assign_1.jpg

After selecting the icon, the Feedier Report modal creation opens:

Eureka AI Assignment Component

Introducing the Assignment Component in Feedier Report: seamlessly integrate Eureka AI assignments into Feedier Reports. This feature lets you display and manage saved assignments and results directly in your reports. Initially, it will show saved assignments and results, allowing for a streamlined and organised reporting process. Future iterations will include options to add new results and generate results from new requests with global filters.Ă©

How it works:

  1. Have a saved assignment in Assignment Page
