If you’ve created a survey in the past and want to re-use it as a template, you can set it as a Master Survey in the Advanced Settings of the survey.
Branding your survey

Here you can change the name of the survey, default language, brand logo, background, button and text colour, opacity of background, and even add custom CSS to add further customisations.

Try to pick a dark colour for the button and text colour in order for it to be strongly visible in the form. Check the survey preview to judge the contrast.

Si vous avez créé une enquête dans le passé et que vous souhaitez la réutiliser comme modèle, vous pouvez la définir comme enquête principale dans les paramètres avancés de l'enquête.
Personnalisez votre enquête

Vous pouvez y modifier le nom de l'enquête, la langue par défaut, le logo, l'arrière-plan, la couleur des boutons et du texte, l'opacité de l'arrière-plan, et ajouter du CSS personnalisé pour ajouter d'autres personnalisations.

Essayez de choisir une couleur foncée pour le bouton et la couleur du texte afin qu'ils soient bien visibles dans le formulaire. Vérifiez l'aperçu de l'enquête pour juger du contraste.

Vous avez le choix entre plus de 15 types de questions, mais nous vous recommandons toujours d'inclure une évaluation ou un NPS, des questions à choix et des questions à zone de texte.
