The PDF report in Feedier is a powerful tool that allows you to present your feedback data in a concise and professional manner, making it easy to share with both internal and external stakeholders. This guide provides a step-by-step overview of how to create, customize, share, and manage PDF reports in Feedier.
Accessing the PDF Report
Insights → Create a report or Feedback Page → Create a report
You can access the PDF report from various sections of Feedier, such as Feedback, Insights, Surveys, or Segment pages. This accessibility allows you to generate reports that cater to your specific needs.
Report Creation
To create a PDF report you have two options:
Create a pre-filled report (which you can personalize later); or
Start with a blank report to add only the data you need.
You can view existing reports under the reports tab in the Insights page
Search and Filter
The search works like everywhere else on the platform, meaning you can filter feedback in charts within the PDF report using this function.
Creating charts
There are a number of different chart types available within the PDF report. Those that are most used are the Question answers, Activity Graph, Text Analysis, Scores Table, Benchmarking Report and Operational KPIs.
Add Annotations, Hide, and Change Graph Order
You can enhance your report's clarity and relevance by:
Adding comments to individual graphs to describe the data.
Deleting graphs that you don't need. Deleted graphs won't appear in the shared or downloaded PDF report.
Rearranging the order of the graphs in the report.
Make sure tp save your report at the top of the page in order to access your report later
Share Your PDF Report
Sharing your PDF report is a great way to keep track of live data and share it with external stakeholders. You have two options for sharing:
Use a shared public link (no Feedier login required).
Use the 'Copy Iframe' option to embed the results directly into your website.
To create a downloadable copy of your PDF report, click the Download button at the top of the page. This allows you to print and report on your data offline.
Dashboard Views
If you want specific users to view a PDF report on their homepage, you can link a PDF report to a custom dashboard view Creating custom dashboards
Creating Master PDF Reports
Insights → Reports → edit. → Master PDF
If you have a PDF report that you want other users to use, you can set it as a master PDF report in the report page.
Setiing a report as master will make the PDF report available to all users and sub-teams. Users can also use this as a template when creating new PDF reports,
