In this article, we take a look at the features of our AI-driven co-piloting system, how it functions, and how you can maximise its potential to improve your insights.

Feedier's co-pilot uses real-time data to provide you with the best possible answers. It is important to note that the co-pilot is designed for specific tasks only.

  1. Return a list of main topics:

    • Provides a list of the most frequently mentioned topics in responses related to your search criteria.

  2. List of main improvements:

    • Presents the main improvements suggested in responses in relation to the specified search item.

  3. Main positives list:

    • Identifies and lists the most positive points expressed in responsees relating to your search criteria.

  4. Synthesis:

    • Generates a concise summary of feedback relating to the specified search item.

Profile → Organization

In order to get the most accurate results to your organisation, it’s important to input the following to support the prompt on CoPilot:

  • Add the name of your organisation (if not added already)

  • Add principal category of feedback collected

  • Add a clear and detailed description of your organisation.

  1. Task drop-down list: In this drop-down list, you can choose between the 4 tasks mentioned above.

  2. Search prompt entry: In this search field, you can enter text to make the results more precise.

  3. Results: Here you will see the results generated by the AI, in this case the positive points for "customer service".

  4. Attribute %: This block shows the attributes on which the results are based.

  5. Feedback: List of feedback matching closest to the results

(tick) Best Practices

  • Search for specific terms close to your context. Avoid generic search criteria. For example, a bank might not be looking for improvements on "cards" but rather on "credit or debit cards".

  • Before acting on Copilot's recommendations, check the information used to formulate the recommendations.
