Email authentication is a great way to vastly improve the response rate and therefore total feedback collected. This involves sending emails using the name of your company instead of sending via Feedier.
First, you need to setup your domain using DNS records more info:https://docs.sendgrid.com/ui/account-and-settings/how-to-set-up-domain-authentication
Once you have done the set up, you can check the status of the DNS https://dnschecker.org/#A/{domainofchoice}
Setting up
Please select a domain → e.g. @satisfaction.companyname.com for emails
We recommend to Use a custom DKIM selector. If you are using your main domain to send emails from Feedier for example companyname.com, there will be a risk that the security team won’t accept the domain. We suggest to use a sub-domain e.g. @satisfaction.apple.com
Final step: Send us the three values for the DNS record
The Feedier team will come back to you once the authentification process is complete.
