We are excited to introduce two big improvements to our Reports in this release!
Previously, components such as the Topics table, Text answers table, Score table, and Benchmark stacked comparison within both the Report Builder and Shareable Report were paginated for ease of viewing. However, when exporting these reports as PDFs, only the data on the first page of each component was displayed. This meant that users did not have access to the complete set of data within the PDF export.
With this update:
All pages of paginated components are now fully included in PDF exports.
The PDF will display each page of data on separate pages, ensuring that no information is lost during the export process.
We are excited to announce the implementation of a new question workflow within the Benchmark Component, designed to enhance the configuration process and improve overall usability.
Previously, setting up the Benchmark Component required questions to be created separately, which could be confusing and time-consuming. With this update, we've introduced a new workflow within the Benchmark Component's configuration tab to make the process more intuitive and streamlined.
Updated Titles:
The "KPI" title in the configuration tab has been updated to "Benchmarking Type" to better reflect its purpose.
Revised Workflow:
Questions as a Secondary Input: Questions now appear as the second input in the configuration process.
Conditional Question Requirement: Question selection is now only mandatory for specific benchmarking types—CHOICES, RATING TABLE, and RATING.
Guidance for Required Questions: When one of these three benchmarking types is selected, a message will be displayed stating “A question is required for this question type” to guide users through the configuration.
This new question workflow is just the first of several planned improvements for the Benchmark Component. Future updates will include:
Merging Comparison Type 1v1: This will be integrated as a "Breakdown By" option, with an updated view over time workflow.
Multiple Filters Comparisons: You’ll gain the ability to compare multiple filters along with a "Breakdown By Timeline" feature.
We are pleased to introduce a new improvement aimed at simplifying the selection process for values in the Benchmarking Stacked Comparison graph. This update is designed to make it easier and faster for you to work with large data sets when configuring your reports.
Currently you have the ability to accommodate up to 50 values in the Benchmarking Stacked Comparison graph. However, selecting these values manually, especially when dealing with large data sets, proved to be cumbersome.
To address this, we have added a "Quick Add" section in the Configuration tab, featuring six convenient buttons:
10 Highest
10 Lowest
25 Highest
25 Lowest
50 Highest
50 Lowest
Selection: You select the top or bottom values using the new quick add buttons.
Values List Updated: Based on the selected Benchmarking type (e.g., NPS, SR) and the questions selected (if any), these buttons will automatically fill the input list with the corresponding highest or lowest values.
Manual Adjustments: After using the Quick Add feature, you still have the flexibility to manually add or remove values from the input list.
Dynamic Updates: If you use a Quick Add button again, the list will update accordingly, overriding any manual changes made previously.
For this first iteration the quick add feature will be available for only the following benchmarking types:

We are excited to introduce significant improvements to the Topics table, designed to enhance its value and usability by incorporating sentiment analysis and additional breakdown options.
Sentiment Score Column Removed:
Previously, the Topics table included a column for sentiment scores, which became redundant after introducing sentiment badges directly within the topic names. To streamline the table, we have removed the sentiment score column.
Enhanced Topic Value:
Recognising that the topic name with just a response count, didn’t provide sufficient insight, we've added new columns to break down responses by sentiment:
Positive
Neutral
Negative
Percentage Breakdown (Optional):
A new configuration option has been added in the configuration tab for a Breakdown by %. When enabled, this option will show the percentage of positive, neutral, and negative responses relative to the total responses for each topic. This checkbox is not selected by default.
Quick Access to Feedback:
Each topic now includes a link to the Feedback page filtered by the topic, similar to the functionality already present in the Score table. This allows you quick and easy access to detailed feedback related to each topic.
We are pleased to introduce a new "Select Page" checkbox feature within the values selection, designed to simplify the selection process when managing large sets of data.
A new checkbox has been added at the top of the components where values are added, allowing you to select all 10 values displayed on the current page with a single click.
Once selected, all the values in that page will be selected.
This update allows you to selectively display or hide sentiment scores directly within the graph located in Text Analysis module, providing a more customisable and focused view of your data.
Interactive Sentiment Labels:
You can now click on sentiment labels (e.g., Positive, Neutral, Negative) directly on the graph.
Clicking on a sentiment label will hide the corresponding sentiment data from the graph, allowing you to focus on the remaining sentiment categories.
Toggle Sentiment Visibility:
If you click on a sentiment label (e.g., the green Positive label), the graph will automatically update to exclude that sentiment.
To restore the hidden sentiment data, simply click the label again, and the sentiment will reappear on the graph.
