Special articles regarding a bunch of small updates on our side this week. As we’re doing an App Sumo campaign (https://appsumo.com/feedier/), we’re getting a lot of feedbacks (we love that! 🤙) so we’ve speed up our release rate for this occasion. 1 release / day since Monday… 👀

Here is a list of the new features we added:

Version 0.8.1

  • HUGE improvements on the Feedier mobile version (landing and feedback side) → 📱

  • We added a (beautiful) blog → https://blog.feedier.com/

  • New Youtube social engagement to get more subscribers for your channel

  • We added the white label feature, contact us to enabled it 🕵️‍♂️

  • The help button is now right in the header and it has never easier to get in touch with us!

  • Optimized the cover image within the sharing email, loads way faster now

  • We added support for the Slider question type in the question conditions

Version 0.8.2

  • The Feedier branding is now smaller 🤓Apparently it was a big deal… We still love our logo!

  • We added the Yelp rating platform

  • We added Swedish translation 🇸🇪(thanks to @Thomas Djärf)

Version 0.8.3

  • We added Portuguese translation 🇧🇷(thanks to @Diego Gomiero)

  • We added Italian translation 🇮🇹(thanks to @ambrogiocrotti)

  • We added German translation 🇩🇪(thanks to @Mattthias Schwehm)

  • We added a new field to enter your custom domain, you no longer need to contact us, everything can be done automatically.

  • We added a new Feedback Carrier setting to turn off the GDPR checkbox, for our non-European friends 😬

  • Added two new Feedback Carrier settings to customize the email sender name and email so you no longer go through us.

  • We translated the NPS question, so it can be used everywhere 🌎

  • Minor API change, there nested resources' id no longer contain the prefix, only the id. Example 'id' => 'feedback_x' is now 'id' => 'x'

Version 0.8.4

  • New NPS filter in the feedback entries page

  • Fixed an issue regarding landing auto-redirection to the wrong site version based on the browser’s language

  • We added the Hebrew translation (thanks to @Sholmi)

  • We added the RTL layout ⬅

  • Improved the Portuguese version

  • Improved the NPS question, made it as standard as possible 🧐
