Version 3.34.0 3rd March 2025
We are excited to introduce new insights in our Action Plans as Financial Impact new login page!
Financial Impact
The Financial Impact feature will introduce a powerful layer of insight into our platform by correlating your feedback with financial metrics. This functionality will enable you to understand the monetary impact of your clients' sentiments, offering actionable insights to drive business decisions.
What’s New?
✅ Revenue Attribution & Customization
You can define Customer Average Value (CAV) in advanced settings of your team.
CAV must be a positive number (up to two decimal places).
Currency selection dropdown (USD, EUR, GBP) with EUR as the default currency.
Sub-teams inherit CAV settings from their parent team unless manually changed.
✅ Sentiment-Based Financial Impact in Text Analysis
Negative sentiment → Revenue at Risk (potential financial loss).
Positive sentiment → Revenue Opportunity (growth potential).
For the first iteration the Financial impact will be present in action plans → Version 3.34.0 3rd March 2025 | What’s New?.2
In the next iterations it will be integrated in Topics breakdowns, Dashboard KPI’s and more!
Action Plan Insights
We're enhancing Action Plans with AI-powered insights to help you prioritize improvements effectively. Now, each suggested improvement will have a Relevance Score and Financial Impact Assessment, making it easier to focus on changes that drive real business value.
What’s New?
✅ Financial Impact Insights
Eureka AI now calculates the potential revenue at risk linked to unresolved issues.
For each improvement, you'll see:
Revenue at Risk: The total revenue associated with negative feedback.
This means that if the feedbacks used for an improvement are positive there is no revenue at risk.
Example Insight: "Resolving this issue could protect EUR 1000 in potential lost revenue."
In the next iteration we will add a badge for better visualisation of the financial impact.
✅ Relevance Score for Each Improvement
Eureka AI now calculates the relevance of each improvement based on feedback data.
Example Breakdown:
Action Plan Relevance: 27% → From all the text answers matching the filter only 27% where relevant for this action plan
Improvement A: 20% → From all the text answers used to create the action plan 20% mentioned this improvement
Improvement B: 9%
Improvements are automatically sorted from most to least relevant to guide prioritization.
✅ Approve / Disapprove Improvements
New icons allow you to approve or reject an improvement.
Rejected improvements:
Will be strikethrough in the UI.
Will not be included in reports for action plans.
Will move to the bottom of the improvement list.
New Login Page
We’ve redesigned the login process to provide a smoother, more intuitive experience while ensuring seamless authentication for organizations using OIDC (OpenID Connect).
What’s New?
✅ Step-by-Step Login Flow
The first step is now entering your email address.
Based on your organization’s authentication settings, the next step adapts accordingly.
✅ Automatic Redirection for OIDC Users
If your organization uses OIDC authentication, you’ll be redirected automatically to your provider after entering your email—no need to manually enter your password.
✅ Password Input for Standard Authentication
If your organization does not use OIDC, a password field will appear after entering your email, allowing you to log in as usual.
How It Works
1️⃣ Enter Your Email
On the login page, simply type your email and proceed.
2️⃣ Seamless Authentication Based on Your Org’s Setup
OIDC-Enabled Organizations: You’ll be redirected to your identity provider for authentication.
Non-OIDC Organizations: A password field will appear for you to enter your credentials.
In case you are using the unique link for your organization you will be redirected directly to your OIDC provider.
Thanks
