Multi Factor Authentication

To strengthen account security and prevent unauthorized access, we are introducing email-based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all user roles in Feedier. Since you can have already have built-in MFA through their SSO providers, we are making this feature optional, controlled via an org meta setting.

✅ Email-Based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for All Users

• When logging in, users will receive a one-time token via email.

• Prevents unauthorized access by adding an extra security layer.

✅ Org Meta Setting for Customization

• You can enable or disable MFA based on their security policies.

🔑 How It Works

1️⃣ User Logs In – Enters their email and password as usual.
2️⃣ MFA Verification – If MFA is enabled, a one-time token is sent via email.

3️⃣ User Enters Token – Completes authentication by inputting the code.

4️⃣ Access Granted – If correct, they proceed to Feedier.

Cover Images per Report

To enhance customization and branding, you can now upload cover images for each report. This ensures that reports are visually aligned with your company branding, themes, or specific use cases.

✅ Upload a Custom Cover Image for Each Report

• You can now upload an image file to set as the cover image.

• Fully customizable to match the branding or purpose of each report.

• Helps differentiate reports at a glance.

✅ Seamless & Intuitive Configuration

• The “Upload File” component is now available in the cover image settings.

• Once uploaded, the image instantly updates as the report’s cover.

• No need for manual adjustments – just upload and go!

🔑 How It Works

1️⃣ Go to Report Settings – Navigate to the cover image configuration.
2️⃣ Upload a Custom Image – Select an image file from your device.

4️⃣ Save & Apply – The report is now personalized with a unique cover.
