Insights → Geographical Report
The geographical report allows you to see a touchpoint of satisfaction based on each location.
In order to setup the geographical report, add a location attributes with the {parenthesis} into the map location pattern. You can choose where to centre the map of the Geographical report.
When the graph is set up, you can select a particular location, and view the invidual feedback for this location.
