Welcome to the world Feedier version 1.1.15, with 18 tasks handled (and closed). And some major improvements for the Feedier App right at December’s corner:
New Date picker question type, which also support a time attribute.
New Toggle question type, you can simply setup the labels and Feedier will take care of the rest.
New File upload question type, to let your users upload file into their feedback.
More accurate satisfaction ratio 👀 ! Feedier now runs an individual analysis on every answers. Figure out the sentiment behind the answer and adapt the Satisfaction ratio accordingly.
The Money reward 💰 has been completely redesigned. Feedier no longer uses Paypal but the credit card attached to your account for more simplicity. We added support for 12 currencies and a refund option that you can press at anytime. Easy. Also, a dynamic budget for every reward.
We improved deeply the answer reports in your Reports page. More clear and we added a graph to sum up the answers for you if the question is a: NPS, Slider, Stars slider or a Select.

The Feedier “Boarding“ experience has been redesigned to fit in a nice widget that will be available on the right side of your screen rather than on a different page.
We added question awareness signs ☕ on the questions listing page. To show you which questions need improvements to get you more relevant Feedback.
We added a new unique Feedier Grade
. For every single Feedback carrier. That will let you know what you can improve to provide a better experience to the end-user. Because that’s what matters the most. We changed our login screen to provide useful tips on how to better use Feedier.
We fixed an issue that made the Preview page not working when typing your email in.
We fixed an issue that made the 1-answer-per-device limitation not working.

Here we go with another release counting 26 issues resolved by our dev team. We can note the following important changes:
We added VAT compliance for our EU based customers 🇪🇺
We made large improvements to the reports page, better graph design and UI. With a better use of space on the whole page and a new order of the reports. We also deeply improved the Rating and Question answer reports so they’re now more usable.
The QR code is now Feedier-branded, with some extra swag!
The Filter export feature now exports a compiled .xlsx file, with a per-feedback individual report. Any feedback matching the filter conditions.
We fixed the error on the individual Feedback page that happened when no Question order was set..
We improved the condition workflow.

This version addresses 16 issues and is another step toward making feedback better through Feedier. Here are the most important changes:
We added Microsoft Excel export support, .xlsx, for all reports. 📝
Users have now access to a unique page after their feedback to access any available (remaining) engagement.
Large improvements in the HTTP requests made by Feedier, they’re now grouped altogether for better overall performances. 🚀
We improved the UI on our Plan page to make it more user-friendly.
We solved an issue on the time report if the average time was more than 1 min.
We fixed the validation issue on Slider type questions if the first value was 0.
Feedier will no longer send you email notification if you read the notification within the dashboard.
