Blog from August, 2019

Today’s release is Feedier version 1.3.2, coming out with 13 tasks to make Feedier even better. Long way to go, working on it 🤖

  • The branding modal has been re-designed 🎨 → Better file uploaders, color picker and explanations.

  • We merged long text and short text question types into a single question type (thumbs up) In that way it’s easier and creates less confusion. The input type will automatically change depending on the max length set in the question’s settings.

  • The Feedback time is now more accurate and will be updated even though the participant leaves the form.

  • Fixed a bunch of issues on the Engagement creation process, when no rating or when the data format was invalid.

The next release will include:

  • Engager widget V2 (preview and better API)

  • In-app explanations and new videos for every main Feedier feature

  • Email/SMS scheduling

Summer is still around and so is our team! Welcome Feedier version 1.3.1, coming out with 12 tasks to get Feedier to another level:

  • 📱 Feedier Dashboard mobile/tablet version is ready! You can now use the Feedier Dashboard from your pocket. Re-designed interface, fewer options and be sure the most important features are still available. We’ll make improvements on this in the next weeks, so if you have an issue, let us know (smile)

  • (tick) New “Completed“ Feedback attribute so you know when a Feedback was completed or the user left along the way. This means all question/rating answers were received and it went to the last step. However, it does not mean the user filled up the reward form.
If you are using the `feedback.completed` webhook to get the email address, use the `feedback.reward` one instead. As the first one will be now fired before the email is collected.

  • We fixed a Zapier integration issue where some Feedback entries were missing (when received within a 5 minutes span).

  • The Browser, Country and Device reports can now be exported through Excel.

  • The Benchmark tool now displays the custom field labels and not names.

  • We changed our Zapier integration to return only completed Feedback entries so you’re sure all the answers are in the payload.

☀ Today’s release is an important milestone for our team and users thanks to this new major update. Meet Feedier 1.3.0, after 15 weekly updates from the last major version (1.2), let’s see what changed within the 22 tasks released today:

  • Brand new design to our login and register pages ☕ We added useful GIFs to show you features you might not be using yet on your Feedier account.

  • Love changes? So do we! New Feedback Carrier edit page layout. Yay! 😎 That layout was designed thanks to user Feedback we received over the past weeks. It aims to be easier to use and make more sense to Feedier newbies, hopefully. The same elements are present, we just re-organized and re-designed them. Oh? Just this? Of course no. We also re-designed the Feedback Carriers page → more personalized to your own data, better contrasts, better design.

  • You will find a “Quota” item in your navigation bar to view in real-time your Feedier quotas.

  • We lightened the navigation by removing the Rewards page and switching the Feedbacks and Reports page 💦 . The rewards page can now be found in every Form’s page under the Responses menu item.

  • New option to export all your Feedback entries from any given Feedback carrier 🗃 Responses > Export & Segment. This will create a new segment and send you an email with the results.

  • We added two new Filters in the Feedbacks page: Feedback ID to search a Feedback through its ID and Custom field to look for entries matching a specific custom field and value, in 2 clicks.

  • The Excel reports are now better optimized and contain less useless information (such as the header section).

  • We added the ability to remove Feedback Carrier category without deleting the whole category. 😅

  • The Question and Rating answers can now be exported from the reports page and will contain much more information than before.

  • We fixed 4 issues on the Reports page, the main important one is that the Insights graph can now be re-used.

  • Conditions are now duplicated when you duplicate a question.

  • The Summary report now contains the Push sent/clicked percentage rate (email and SMS).

  • We changed the email templates to be more user-friendly.

What you can expect from us in the next two months:

  • Dashboard mobile version

  • Better templates

  • Better conditions with question blocks and actions

  • A lot of improvements and fewer bugs (smile)
