Blog from February, 2021

Another Productive week here at Feedier to finish off February. We made 2 major updates this week:

New Push Reports Page:

The Insight > Pushes reports page is where you can see all the pushes you have sent out and conversion rates of your Email and SMS campaigns.

Now with our new updated you can see a funnel of your pushes in a visual new graph. This will show you:

2 Lines for each channel Email(Purple Line) and SMS(Yellow Line)

PUSHES SENT - How many pushes weren’t sent out so far

PUSHED OPENED - How many emails were opened( please note this stat is not possible for SMS)

PUSHES CLICKED - How many clicks people did on email link or sms link

FEEDBACKS - How many responses received back( Please note even if the end-user answer 1 question out of the whole form this will be counted as 1 response received.

We also updated the push listing view to give you a cleaner space and added the search bar on the top panel to make it easier to search for specific pushes.

Second Update was to our Widget Functionality:

In the past our Widget setup process was kind of…complicated 😅 where you had to edit the widget code with all the configurations you wanted and then re-embed this code into your application. Which meant making changes always needed Developer involvement.

Well not anymore !

The new widget has a much smaller piece of code that needs to be added to your application. We have added all the possible configurations into a Dashboard for you to edit and change within Feedier and then dynamically make changes to your widget without having to involve your developers for every small change. Plus we have added even more functionality to make sure you can display the widget exactly where, when and how you would like to.

Plus lots more updates coming to our widget and pushes page in the near future !

This week we have added some more functionality to our FQL( Searching Via Filters) capabilities:

Now you have to ability to add an OR Function operator with your filters:

This means you will be able to select many different filters and then see feedback if any one of those filters are matched.

This functionality is also available in the User Stories section:

Just click on the button to change between AND operator or OR operator. This also allows you to add more complex conditions using a mixture of AND combined with OR in the same set of filters.

We also updated our Weekly User Story emails so you can see more details right in the email:

Announcing our new Correlation Table features just launched today !! 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉

Correlation Report gives you the ability to compare your satisfaction across different variables such as locations, department, cohorts or any other variable that important for you with a simple report.

Using our existing Context Attributes features ( https://manual.feedier.com/docs/feedier-documentation/contextualize-feedback/context-attributes/) you can compare any 2 context attributes and see the relationship between them mapped out in a visual way.

Why this feature is so powerful is because whether you have 100 feedbacks or 100,000, you will be able to compare data across multiple variables easily and get to the root cause of your experience issue.

Please note this is an add on feature available only on custom enterprise accounts. For more information please contact our Sales team at sales@feedier.com

We have also added a new integration with Asana, allowing you to send your feedback directly to your asana board.

To setup this integration, use the Action button underneath a User Story and connect your Asana Account so you can send the feedback to the right person on your team and directly to their board.

This week we made more improvements and updates to our PDF reporting feature. In Feedier you have the ability to create PDF reports that you can download and share using a smart link. Using the FQL filters on the left search button you can filter down your data and generate PDF reports for specific subsets.

However this button was not always easily visible to our users which meant some people missed out on this awesome features so we did 2 things to improve this for you:

1- Add a more prominent Generate PDF button on the insights and feedback enteries page.

  1. Added the ability to save these specific PDF reports for quick access later.

Once you add your FQL filters and generate a PDF report you can save and name your report using the button shown below

We also added the ability to search for specific individual feedback using the Feedback ID in the FQl search button:

Now when you download excel sheets you will also have the Cluster name includes in the second columns. This should make it easier for Group Admins to differentiate between different cluster data within your organisation.
