We are excited to introduce our renovated Profile and Attribute pages in this release!🎉 🎉

New Profile Page

This update ensures that required fields are clearly marked, and validation errors are presented with helpful guidance, enhancing the user experience.

Input Fields Personal Information:

• Name: Validation applied to ensure the field contains only alphabetic characters and spaces.

  • Required field marked with an asterisk (*).

  • Error Message: “Name is required” or “Name field may only contain alphabetic characters as well as spaces.”

• Email: This field can only be edited by an admin.

• Language & Timezone: These are dropdown fields and do not require validation.

Password Management:

• Current Password: Ensures the entered password matches the current one.

  • Required field marked with an asterisk (*).

  • Error Message: “Current Password is required” or “Password doesn’t match your current password.”

• New Password: Must be 12 characters long, including one number and one special character.

  • Required field marked with an asterisk (*).

  • Error Message: “New password is required” or “Password field format is invalid. Make sure it has 12 characters with one number and one special character.”

• New Password Confirmation: Ensures the new password matches the previous entry.

  • Required field marked with an asterisk (*).

  • Error Message: “New password confirmation is required” or “Password doesn’t match your new password.”

Attributes Page (Only available for Admin role)

We are excited to introduce several improvements to the Attribute Page, designed to streamline navigation, enhance usability, and improve data organization.

Attribute Table

1. Visibility Column:

   • You can now quickly distinguish between attributes marked as "Public" (default) and those marked as "Hidden" that will be hidden for that specific team on the whole platform.

2. Type Column:

   • A new Type column has been added, allowing users to categorize attributes as Geographic, Financial or Undefenied, improving data classification.

3. Editability:

   • Rows in the attribute table are now no longer permanently editable. This aligns with the behavior of other tables on the platform and prevents accidental changes that could have a significant impact.

   • To edit an attribute, you will need to actively engage with the designated edit function, reducing the chance of unintended modifications.

   • A new Description field is added.

     

4. Favourite Attribute:

   • New feature that will give you the ability to add an attribute as favourite and display it first in the attributes filters.

   • How it works:

     • In the edit attribute modal you will have a checkbox to choose an attribute as favourite
       

       

5. Accessing Attribute Values:

   • You can now access attribute values more efficiently by clicking on an icon within the row. This direct access ensures a seamless transition between viewing and managing attribute data.

   • A new Description section has been added to give users more context about each attribute.
     

     

6. New Attribute Creation:

   • A "Create an Attribute" button has been added to the page, along with a modal that follows the design principles used throughout the app. This addition makes it easier to create new attributes quickly and efficiently.

7. New Attribute Value Page:

   • The new Attribute Value Page displays detailed information for each attribute and includes:

     • An editable attribute value name input field.

     • A new button for adding values, following a familiar format used across the platform for consistency.

       

NPS filter

We are excited to introduce a new filtering option designed to streamline your analysis of feedback by allowing you to filter feedbacks based on their Net Promoter Score (NPS).

What's New?

1. New NPS Filter in Filter Modal:

   • A new NPS filter option has been added to the modal.

   • This filter allows users to analyze feedback based on NPS score without being needed to select a question, adding valuable insight into customer sentiment directly within the platform.
     

     

2. Operator Options:

   • When selecting the NPS filter, two operators will be available:

     • Equals: Allows users to specify which NPS group to filter by.

     • Does Not Equal: Allows users to exclude specific NPS groups from the filtered results.

3. NPS Values:

   • The options for NPS are predefined as:

     • Promoters

     • Passives

     • Detractors

   • Users will be able to choose one, two, or all three options using a checkbox component (similar to the one used for filtering Surveys, Feedback Status, etc.).
     

     

PDF Download Report New Flow

New background task functionality for downloading reports, designed to enhance the platform's performance and prevent you from being blocked while waiting for reports to download. This update ensures that you can continue using the platform while their report is being generated, improving overall productivity.

What's New?

1. Background Task for Report Downloads:

   • Report downloads will now be handled in the background, just like our existing import and Excel download tasks.

   • This means you can continue working on other tasks in the platform without being blocked by long report generation processes.

2. Notification System for Report Status:

   • When you click the Download button in the report, a notification card will appear with the beginning of the download process.

     

   • You will be informed that the download process has begun and can navigate away from the report builder while waiting for the download.

3. Download Modal and Notification Center:

   • Once the report is ready for download a modal will appear, this is valid for Live Feed, Text Analysis, Reports and Assignment modules, with the option to download the report. This ensures you won’t miss the download notification, even if they have closed the report builder.

Capabilities Module

This update enables you to manage feature access more effectively by granting or restricting permissions for different user roles.

What's New?

1. Capabilities System Implementation:

   • A new permissions table has been introduced at the organization level, allowing admin and staff roles to manage feature access.

   • For each organization, the table specifies which roles (e.g., Viewers, Restricted Viewers) have access or restricted access to certain features.

   • By default, access to features is allowed.

2. Feature Access Control:

   • Admins and staff members can now control user access to the following modules with a simple toggle:

     • Text Analysis Module: Allow or restrict users from accessing text analysis functionality.

     • Assignment Module: Manage user access to the full assignment module.

Eureka AI Badge for Enhanced Visibility of AI Features

This update is designed to inform users about the features leveraging AI, enhancing visibility and awareness of our advanced capabilities.

Badge Placement Across AI Features:

• The Eureka AI Badge will now be prominently alongside key AI-driven features, including:

  • Navigation: The badge will be visible in the platform's main navigation to indicate sections where AI functionalities are available.
    

    

    • Text Analysis Module: This module, powered by AI for advanced text insights, will now display the Eureka AI Badge.

    • Assignment Module: The badge will be added to the Assignment module, signifying the AI-assisted functionality in task management.

  • Feedier Report:

    • Assignment Component: The component used within reports will feature the badge to highlight its AI capabilities.
      

      

    • Annotations: AI-generated annotations within reports will also be marked with the Eureka AI Badge.
      

      

Eureka AI Annotations

We are excited to introduce an enhancement to the Feedier reporting system where annotations will now automatically update when a report is opened, ensuring that insights remain up-to-date in dynamic reports. This update applies to both the Report Builder and sharable report links.

What's New?

1. Automatic Annotation Updates:

   • Annotations in reports will now automatically refresh under certain conditions when the report is opened, ensuring the most relevant insights are always presented. This applies to reports with dynamic time periods and newly received feedback.

2. Conditions for Updating Annotations:

   • Annotations will update based on the following conditions:

     • No Time Period: If the report has no fixed time period, all annotations will be updated each time the report is opened.

     • Dynamic Time Period: For reports with a time period that is not fixed (e.g., "last 30 days"), annotations will be updated to reflect the latest data.

     • Fixed Time Period (Overdue): Reports with a fixed time period that has already passed will not update annotations, as the data set is static.

     • Fixed Time Period (Not Overdue): For reports with a fixed time period that has not yet ended, annotations will be updated until the period is complete.

3. Examples:

   • Report 1 (No Time Period): Annotations are updated each time the report is opened.

   • Report 2 (Last 30 Days): Annotations are updated to include any new feedback received within the dynamic time period.

   • Report 3 (Fixed Time Period: 10/01/2024 - 10/02/2024): Since the time period has passed, annotations will remain static and will not update.

   • Report 4 (Fixed Time Period: 20/08/2024 - 20/09/2024): Annotations will update with new feedback until the time period ends on 20/09/2024.

Topic Labels Interaction

You can now click on labels within the graphs in Text Analysis Module to directly explore related topics, streamlining the process of diving deeper into the data.

Upon clicking a label, the graph will seamlessly redirect you to the relevant topic section within text analysis module, making it easier to analyze specific areas of interest without additional steps.

Infinite Scroll for Attribute Lists

We are excited to introduce infinite scroll to the dropdown attribute lists within the component. This improvement will make navigating large attribute lists easier and more intuitive, ensuring a smoother experience when selecting values.

1. Infinite Scroll for Attribute Lists:

   • The dropdown, previously limited to displaying only 10 values, now features infinite scroll for attribute lists. Users can scroll through the entire list of attributes without being restricted to the first 10 items.

   • As you scroll down, more options will dynamically load, allowing you to view the entire attribute list without needing to rely solely on the search input.

2. Improved User Experience for Large Lists:

   • This enhancement is particularly beneficial for users working with attribute lists containing many similar values, as you will no longer feel constrained by the initial 10 visible options.

   • While the search input remains available, the infinite scroll ensures that even if attributes have similar names, users can easily browse the full list without missing any relevant options.
