Campaigns can be scheduled or sent immediately. They can be triggered manually based on a time and date, or automatically via an API.

Creating a push campaign

Try to send your emails via an SMTP if you're sending to other businesses, try to also ask your clients to white-list your domain and mark emails as 'not junk' to avoid drops occurring.
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a protocol used for sending email messages between servers over the internet. It defines how mail servers transfer and accept email messages.
A white-list is a list of contacts, IP addresses, or domains considered safe or permitted to access a service or receive communications. Adding a domain to the whitelist means allowing emails from that domain to bypass spam filters or security restrictions.
For each push you must:
Add a campaign name eg. Client Feedback - The name is visible only on the Feedier dashboard
Add a push name eg. push 1 one - The name is visible only on the Feedier dashboard
Choose the subject (if email) visible to the recipients
Write the body.
Confirm survey to be sent.
Choose text for the call to action
Click save
You can select the duration of days to wait after the previous push.
Try to stack follow ups within the same active campaign, and add a condition to "ONLY send to those that haven't given feedback" - sending individual campaigns may lead to emails being filtered as spam, especially for B2B use cases.
Add conditions to your follow-up emails by clicking on the funnel icon. (e.g. only send to recipients who have not replied to the previous push)
Uploading recipients
When uploading a .CSV, the file must have a column email for the email campaign or phone for an SMS campaign. Any other column will be attached to the Feedback as Attributes and can be used in the message.
Phone numbers must follow the International prefix (using the E.164 format), have a maximum of 15 digits, and are prefixed with the country code with the plus (+) character.
Attach metadata that you already have on the contact here, in order to better analyse your feedback once it gets completed.
A sending time must be scheduled, if you want to send it immediately you can schedule it to the next 5 minutes.
Trigger pushes using the API

You can setup an email or SMS campaign to be sent out automatically using Feedier's API with a connection to your database. Setup the campaign in advance, then attach the campaign id to be triggered.

Reporting on pushes

The graphs give you the exact numbers of the emails that you sent, the ones that were opened, clicked, and the feedback that you received through all your email campaigns.
If you only want to see the data related to a specific email campaign, you can use the search to select Email/SMS campaign or email
Editing existing pushes
If you need to make adjustments, you can delete a campaign which will remove ALL pending pushes so you can start again
If you need to make change an individual email, or block an individual email from being sent, you can make the changes directly on the push status and listing table.
The timing on the dashboard (campaign, feedback and pushes table) is related to your current timezone. If you need reports to match a different timezone, you can go to Your Profile → Download Report Timezone
The status column is the current status of the email:

| The email address does not exist or is not valid |
| The link in the email was clicked. If you do not see a Feedback link attached to it, it means the recipient saw the page but did not proceed. |
| The email address is correct and the email is in the recipient’s inbox |
| The email was opened but not clicked |
| A drop occurs when you try to send a message to an email address listed on one of the suppression lists: Bounces, Unsubscribes, Spam reports and Invalid Emails. |
Editting the unsubscription message
For emails sent by Feedier, the unsubscribe text is added automatically by Feedier.
The content can be personalized in the Survey → Content Editor here:
Feel free to update it to your needs, but make sure to keep the [unsubscribe] tag, as it will be replaced by the unsubscribe link automatically by Feedier. Example
