Email authentication is a great way to vastly improve the response rate and therefore total feedback collected. This involves sending emails using the name of your company instead of sending via Feedier. |
First, you need to setup your domain using DNS records more info:https://docs.sendgrid.com/ui/account-and-settings/how-to-set-up-domain-authentication
Once you have done the set up, you can check the status of the DNS https://dnschecker.org/#A/{domainofchoice}

If you are using your main domain to send emails from Feedier for example companyname.com, there will be a risk that the security team won’t accept the domain .
