Master Surveys
Master Surveys are an excellent way to create a template for users to create new surveys
Sources → Surveys → Options → Advanced Settings
Set up a template
Once you have a survey that you’d like to re-use. You can set it as a master survey.
Master surveys are copied to all sub-teams, so users can create a new survey, and select an existing master survey as a template.
Alternatively, they can use the structure of the sub-team to send the same version of the survey immediately.
The survey can’t be edited, and it ensures you keep uniformity in the questions you ask.
Private Surveys
Sources → Surveys → Options → Form Basic Settings
Ensure sensitive information remains confidential by restricting access to the survey.
Only the user who marks the survey as private will have access to view it, and it’s associated feedback
When a survey is marked as private, it will be hidden from the dashboard for all other users within the organization, regardless of their team, role, or capabilities.
The only user that can set a survey as private is the creator of the survey
Archiving Surveys
Sources → Survey cog → Archive
Archive surveys that are no longer in use, removing them from seeing them on the surveys page.
By archiving surveys, you can keep your surveys page organized and focus on the active surveys that require your attention,
All the data of an archived survey still remains visible on the platform
You can view archived surveys by clicking on the archive tag in above the searchbar in the survey page.
