PDF Report → New chart → Benchmarking
The benchmarking chart allows you to compare two sets of Data and visualize them in Graphs to be able to understand the insights behind the data.
Step 1/2: Choosing the type of responses to compare:
Step 2/2: Choose how to visualize the data.
Graph Type 1: Compare two queries
This type of graph allows you to compare two filter queries with each other.
Let's compare Satisfaction Ratio thanks to this first graph.
If you have selected graph 1, you need to select your queries (Feedback form, time period, satisfaction ratio, attributes, etc.).
You can select a certain attribute vs. another attribute; a survey vs. another survey; a time period vs. a different time period; etc. Remember to click on Confirm after each query.
If you have selected the second graph, you do not need to select any queries.
Graph Type 2: Breakdown responses based on attributes, surveys or teams
You can select up to 10 values to see a breakdown.
Graph Type 3: Compare two queries over a defined period of time
Similar to Graph type 1, you can select two queries over a defined period of time such as 1/3/6/12 months or custom defined dates.
If you have selected the graph 3, you need to select your queries (Feedback form, time period, satisfaction ratio, attributes, etc.).
Remember to give a name for the chart when saving.
