Making a search

Choose your filter

You can choose over 15 selectors to filter your feedback data, allowing you to get an overview of your feedback, i.e. by time period, by feedback form, or a feedback form, i.e. separating the feedback by context attributes.

Our most used filters by our clients are time period, attribute, and feedback form (survey)

Choose the condition

Conditions help you drill down to find only the values you want to see.

Each condition section is different and dependent on the filter you’ve selected.

Select a value

Here’s where you match the value to the condition you just set.

Most filters allow you to stack values together should you need to filter multiple values at once.

Save your searches as segments

Segments allow you to create cohorts of your feedback data. You can find your segments in the search button under saved segments

You can add a relationship between each filter so the values apply if A and B and C conditions are met or A or B or C conditions are met
