Why does Feedier use artificial intelligence?

In the Feedier platform, some of the data processed is unstructured data (text feedback).
Analysing this data manually can be tedious.

Feedier now uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to perform 4 types of analysis:

Analysis 1. Sentiment analysis

Analysis 2. Thematic detection

Analysis 3. Entity detection (including personal data)

Analysis 4. Content generation (synthesis, analysis and recommendations)

What AI techniques are used on the feedier platform?

Feedier uses two AI-related techniques/technologies:

  • Pre-trained models for specific tasks (analyses 1, 2 and 3). The Feedier NLP team uses BERT-type models and ensures that the most recent versions are used.

  • LLMs (large language models) for general tasks (analyses 4). The NLP Feedier team uses LLama or GPT models and ensures that the most recent versions are used.

Our commitments

  • We never use our customers' data to train the AI model (except in the case of a specific request in the "Feedier NLP" contract). The models are pre-trained upstream.

  • No customer data is saved outside the Feedier infrastructure when AI is used.

  • AI-related functionalities can be deactivated in Feedier, free of charge, on request to the Feedier support team (support@feedier.com).

  • No labels
