In recent months, our team has dedicated significant effort to enhancing one of the cornerstone modules within our platform: The Reports.
We are proud to unveil our latest iteration of the Reports feature. This new report is meticulously crafted to empower you to make informed decisions with greater speed and precision.
Keep in mind PDF Reports (legacy) will still be working after the release for the next few months.

The new Report Page
We are excited to introduce our newly redesigned Reports Page.
As mentioned above “Legacy” reports will still be available in the platform, so if all the ones that are from the older version will have that label.
New sorting added on table columns for an easier interaction with the saved reports.
Status column: In this column you will see if the Report is public, private or master
New folder system with unlimited hierarchy to give
you the ability of having infinite sub folders.
How can I create a Legacy report or a Feedier Report?
A new menu is added on all the “Create Report” buttons across the platform with two options:
Every time you create a Feedier Report you will be able to change the name and choose the Report type.
The new Feedier Report
In the following content, we will provide detailed explanations of the enhancements and changes introduced in the new report compared to its old version.
We are pleased to highlight one of the significant improvements: the performance has increased by 100x.
Layout
New layout design with improvements to the management and navigation of the report:
New page display on the left for a better navigation in the report
Report button to access to all the management abilities.
Insert button to create components.
Page button to manage pages in the report.
You can edit an existing component by clicking on it, not only in the icon but on the whole graph.
Visualisation of Components
We've added a new feature in the layout. Now you will be able to have more than one Component in a page (only possible for Benchmarking - KPI - Notes & Correlation Matrix).
You will be able to edit the visualisation of the component to your needs with the following icons:
Workflow
New component creation workflow. In addition to clicking the component in the right section we added a drag and drop feature.
Also note that now component have default configuration when you create them to give you the ability to create reports in less time.
It's essential to note that each modification requires you to click the "SAVE" button to ensure changes are properly applied.
Filtering per component
The Feedier Report empowers you to manage filters more effectively. Now, you have the flexibility to add filters per component, rather than relying solely on a global filter for the entire report.
Components
Now, let's delve into the enhanced user interface of the different charts and cover notable improvements.
Annotations
This component has a new workflow, on each chart a toggle is displayed to show or hide the annotation.
Question & Attributes
We are glad to inform you that Customer Effort Score is now included in the Question & Attributes Component.
How to create a Question Answer Graph
Once you choose the ‘breakdown by questions’ option you will have 4 easy steps to create a customised question answer graph.
Choose your chart type between:
Bar Chart
Pie Chart
Choose the question type between:

NPS
Ratings
Ratings Table
Smiley
Choices
Etc
Choose the questions you want to see regarding the question type
Select if you want to see feedback count, feedback % or both.

Adding your KPIs
We have introduced a new KPI creation workflow, designed to streamline the process of creating KPIs within the Feedier Report. This workflow enables you to generate KPIs effortlessly.
The first step will be to choose the KPi:
NPS
Satisfaction Ratio
Number of Feedback
Attribute Values Quantity
CES
Then you will be able to apply filters to your KPI to narrow the data you want to see
Timeline dropdown for a relevant view of your data → It’s not necessary unless you want the “View as Chart” option
New feature → Now you can see in a chart the progress of your KPI, you will have to set a timeline first

Add a title

The first step will be to choose the attribute you want to display
Then you will be able to choose the sorting style
Select the minimum feedback number input to hide not relevant attributes in terms of feedback amount.

Group by question option → in case you want to analyse each question and not each text answer
