Since Janvier 2025,”view” on the Feedier dashbords are replaced by segments and are no longer available on the plateform.

Create a new segment

  1. Go to the segment page

  1. Create a new segment starting from the segments page by clicking on “Add a segment”

    1. Step 1: Name of segment
      Choose a clear and explicite name to identify quickly
      For example : "Jean Dupont - Trimester in progress".

    2. Step 2 : Default filters
      Select filters that apply by default on the dashbord. You can combine multiple filters to customize your view according to your needs.

    3. Step 3 : Segment Visibility

      1. In this step you should find “ make visible to members”, select the option “Specific members

      2. Look up your name in the searchbar, and click it.

    4. Step 4 : Advanced comands

      1. Select "All assigned members" from the dropdown list.

      2. Check the box “Set this segment as default.”

How do I edit my segment ?

As a reader

Readers have access to all created segments but can only edit those they are assigned to.

  • To edit the segment, use the "pencil" icon associated with the segment.

  • Any changes to the filters will be applied automatically once the segment is saved.

As an administrator

Administrators have a complete visibility of all the segments and can edit them, even if they are not assigned to those segments.

  • Segments can also be edited by using the “pencil” icon.

  • Filter changes are automatically applied after the segment is saved.

 

Only the segments a user is assigned to appear in the filter list. This rule also applies to administrators.
