Master Surveys

Master Surveys are an excellent way to create a template for users to create new surveys

Sources → Surveys → Create a new survey or click on an existing survey → Options → Advanced Settings

Set up a template

Once you have a survey that you’d like to re-use. You can set it as a master survey.#

Use as a template

Master surveys are copied to all sub-teams, so all users can create a new survey, and select an existing master survey as a template.

Master Surveys will appear here when selecting New Survey → from a template

Replicate and send the same survey for all sub-teams

Alternatively, as master surveys are copied to all sub-teams, users can use the same survey and send the same version of the survey immediately.
The survey can’t be edited, and it ensures you keep uniformity in the questions you ask.

Private Surveys

Please note that the private survey cannot be selected as the master survey.

Ensure sensitive information remains confidential by restricting access to the survey.

When a survey is marked as private, it will be hidden from the dashboard for all other users within the organization, regardless of their team, role, or capabilities.

Flexible Surveys

This allows you to share the survey with any team or sub team and cherry pick who sees the surveys & the feedback attached to this survey. This will give access to the survey to anyone in that team and feedbacks attached.

You can select as many teams or sub teams you wish.

Archiving Surveys

Archive surveys that are no longer in use, removing them from seeing them on the surveys page.
By archiving surveys, you can keep your surveys page organized and focus on the active surveys that require your attention.

You can view archived surveys by clicking on the archive tag in above the searchbar in the survey page.
