Our most used filters by our clients are time period, attribute, and survey

Choose the operator

Operators help you drill down to find only the values you want to see.

Each operator page is different and dependent on the filter you’ve selected.

Select a value

Here’s where you match the value to the condition you just set.

Most filters allow you to stack values together should you need to filter multiple values at once.

Save your searches as segments

Segments allow you to create cohorts of your feedback data. You can find your segments in the search button under the tab Segment

Adding Filters

When you add a filter, the system automatically applies an AND relation between it and any subsequent filters.

Changing the Relation between multiple filters

  1. If you prefer to apply an OR relation between two filters, you can click on the operator between the filters to toggle it from AND to OR.

Some examples:

  1. If Attribute Property = South Star OR Survey = NPS upload AND Time period = last 7 days this will show feedback that matches the following:
(Attribute Property = South Star) OR (Survey = NPS upload AND Time period = last 7 days)

  2. If Attribute Property = South Star OR Survey = NPS upload OR Time period = last 7 days this will show feedback that matches the following:

(Attribute Property = South Star) OR (Survey = NPS upload) OR (Time period = last 7 days)
