How to add a new team

Profile Dropdown → Users and teams → Create a new team

Add a name, and choose the team it should fit under (by default it goes under the primary team)

Navigating between different teams

By clicking on the ‘Access’ button next to each team name, you’ll be able to visit the sub-team’s dashboard and get a view of only what the sub-team sees. Go back to the users and teams page to go into a different team.

You only see the team and any sub-teams that come directly from your team.

In the image above, if you’re created in the primary team, you’ll be able to see all teams. If you’re created in a Feedback team, you’ll see feedback from the Feedback team, and the marketing team only.

Customise feedback statuses

Profile Dropdown → Users and teams → Cog icon → Edit team

Update branding for the entire team

Have emails be sent from a different email address per team
