User Unsubscription Policy - Feedier

This policy outlines the process for unsubscribing a user from communication campaigns managed by Feedier on behalf of our clients. It is designed to ensure the protection of users' personal data and to comply with applicable regulations, such as the GDPR.

1. Initial Unsubscription Process

Users receive surveys sent by our clients via the Feedier platform. An unsubscribe button is included in each survey to allow users to easily opt out. When a user clicks on this unsubscribe button:

  • The user will no longer receive any emails from Feedier on behalf of that specific client.

  • The user is automatically excluded from all future campaigns that may be launched by the client, ensuring a complete and immediate unsubscription.

2. Storage and Management of Unsubscription Data

Unsubscription information is securely stored in Feedier's database in a list of unsubscribed contacts for each client. This list contains only the information necessary to ensure compliance with the unsubscription, such as the user's email address, and is protected in accordance with current security standards.

The data is retained as long as necessary to ensure that unsubscriptions are respected over time and is not used for any other purposes.

3. Integration of Legal Notices and Specific Regulations

Each client has the option to include specific regulations and legal notices in the footer of their communications sent via Feedier. These legal notices may include:

  • Links to the client's privacy policy.

  • Any other applicable regulations regarding email communications.

4. Access to Unsubscribed Lists for Administrators

Administrators of the Feedier platform can access the list of unsubscribed users for their specific campaigns through their administration interface. This list is available exclusively to client administrators and is provided in a readable format to facilitate the management of unsubscriptions.

Feedier is committed to respecting data confidentiality and ensuring that any unsubscription requests are honored in compliance with applicable regulations. This ensures that users have full control over their participation in campaigns, while our clients have the necessary tools to guarantee compliance and meet their own legal obligations.
