Receiving immediate feedback is imperative for businesses to stay agile. Embedding the first survey question directly in your email can boost engagement rates and provide real-time insights. Here's how you can seamlessly integrate this feature and collect feedback right from your email.
Capture the Question Directly
Setting up the tools
Actions → Screenshot Tool → Capture & Slice
To start off, you'll need to capture an image of the question you wish to embed. Use the screenshot tool to:
Capture the question.
Slice the image into clickable blocks, especially if it's a satisfaction scale question ranging from 1 to 5
Assign Direct Feedback Links to Each Image Block
Actions → Survey Link → Add Question ID & Value
For a seamless experience:
Assign the base survey link to each image block.
Modify the link to include the question ID and the associated response value. For example, a satisfaction scale response with a rating of 1 would have the link:
https://feedback.feedier.com/2qTQQQ?question_id=1365689&value=1
Change the “question_id” and “value=?” with your question details
Embed & Ensure Clickability in the Email
Actions → Email Editor → Insert Image Blocks
As you compose your email:
Embed each image block within the email body.
Test to ensure each image block redirects to the correct feedback link.
This can be done through internal softwares, for example Salesforce
Shoot the Email Out
Actions → Email Platform → Send
Once everything is set:
Review the email for correctness.
Send it out to your recipients.
Why is this Approach Effective?
Immediate Engagement: Recipients can instantly provide feedback without any redirection.
Higher Response Rates: Direct feedback often garners more responses compared to external links.
