How to use the Support Portal

We have set up a private customer portal so tickets can be submitted directly in order to increase the efficiency of requests and streamline the process for the product team.
This means, that you will have the opportunity to view your submitted tickets and their progress in real-time within your organisation.

How to register

You will receive a registration email to sign up to the customer portal:

Set up a password, by clicking ‘Create Password’.
You’ll then have access to: https://support.feedier.com/

Viewing your tickets

Once you submit a ticket both your CSM and the product team will be notified. By logging back into the support.feedier.com space, you’ll be able to keep track of your ticket’s progress.



Please note: By submitting a ticket, it is not guaranteed to be delivered by the product team.
The ticketing service is designed to highlight bugs, give suggestions and improvements.
