This advanced module is designed to simplify and automate repetitive tasks on our platform, allowing you to streamline processes such as generating reports and sharing them on a recurring basis.

The first iteration contains the creation of reports, but in the neat future we will have more actions and recurrences.

Recurrence (When and how often the workflow triggers)

How it Works:

  1. You select the recurrence node.

  2. You select the repeating period from dropdown:

    1. Weekdays: Monday to Sunday.

    2. Months: First day, 15th day, or last day.

    3. Quarter: First or last day of the quarter.

    4. Year: Specific dates like January 1st, June 30th, etc.

  3. Time: A dropdown will let you select the specific time for the trigger.

  4. Ends: When does the workflow finish.

Automatic Filter: The selected recurrence will automatically create a time-based filter, ensuring reports are generated with feedback from the correct time frame.

Create Report (set the report to be automated)

How it Works:

  1. Report Generation: You can select from two types of reports:

    1. Pre-filled Report: Created with all the feedback matching the chosen filters and recurrence.

    2. Master Report: This is based on a template (master report) and filled with feedback that matches the recurrence settings.

      • Master report dropdown: Allows you to select from all master reports across their organization.

  2. Report Name: You can rename the generated report.

  3. Report Type: Public, Private, or Master.

  4. Report Filters: Choose the filters you want to apply to the report.

  5. Folder: Option to select where to store the report.

In App (who to notify)

How it works

  1. Select any colleague in your or yourself to send a notification once the report is created.

  2. Receive the notification in the notification center and open your report from there.
