Setup TikTok Feedback Source
Requirements
The user connecting TikTok to Feedier needs to have an adminsitrator access to the TikTok profile. The TikTok profile needs to be a business type page.
Introduction
The goal of this guide is to set up TikTok as a feedback import source to import in Feedier:
TikTok comments in your Organization’s TikTok posts
Feedier does not provide inbox capabilities and does not let your users answer comments, mentions or messages from the Dashboard.
Why connect TikTok as an import source in Feedier?
By integrating TikTok with Feedier, you unlock valuable insights directly from your customers’ and followers' social conversations. Feedier enables you to identify and detect pain points, emerging trends, and frequently mentioned themes in your TikTok community. This integration transforms social engagement from TikTok into actionable insights, helping you understand what resonates with your audience and where operational improvements can be made (products, digital journey, retail experience, etc.).
Through Feedier's analytics, you can spot customer sentiments, track product feedback, and monitor brand perception in real-time. These attributes can be hidden or marked as sentisitive from the Attributes page.
Getting started
Go to Feedback → Import → “Create a new import”
Click “TikTok“
In the Step 2, Import configuration, set the “TikTok Username” value with Organization’s TikTok account (do not add the @ character)
In the Step 3, select “Automatically create a new "survey"“ option:
Once Steps 3 and 4 completed, you need to click the “Connect“ button with the TikTok branding to give Feedier the right access.
Once the authentication flow from TikTok is finished, you can reload the page.
If it’s successful, you will see a icon with the expiration time.
