We are excited to introduce the new Feedier 2.1.0 with huge changes on the User Interfase!


Copilot

We're thrilled to introduce Feedier's Copilot, a new AI feature that will help you get more relevant understanding of your customers. Copilot is meticulously designed for specific tasks, ensuring that you receive the most accurate and insightful information related to your search criteria.

How it works:

  1. Task Dropdown: In this dropdown you will be able to choose between the 4 tasks mentioned previously

  2. Search Input: In this search input you will type in text to make the results more accurate

  3. Results: Here you will see the results AI generated, in this case the main improvements for ‘Delivery’

  4. Attribute %: In this block you will see in which attributes the Results are based.

  5. Feedbacks: List of feedbacks used to generate the Result.

New User Interface

We are pleased to announce a comprehensive update to our platform, featuring a refined and contemporary user interface in navigation and different pages as: Activity, Sources, Users & Teams and Text Analysis.

Navigation

New navigation on the platform with the Reports Page on the horizontal tab to ensure a quicker access to Report Management and Creation.


KPI Design

New KPI Design to make a more intuitive and engaging interface.


Sources Page

  1. Surveys: We’ve introduced several changes in Surveys to make a cleaner and improved User Experience.

    1. New Card Design

    2. We changed the Category system for a Folder system following the behaviour we have on Reports Page to empower you with a better organisation of the Surveys.

  2. Imports Tab: Imports have been centralised in one tab including the different options on only one dropdown.

 


Users & Teams Page

New design to empower you with a better user experience and providing you important insights of each team in real time.


Text Analysis

New Text Analysis design with an interactive modal that expands and contracts to give you the ability to see in a better scale your Text Analysis insights.

Topics list added so you can manage topics directly from the table.


PDF Report

Layout

New horizontal PDF Report layout to improve the general UI of the PDF Report and have a better view of each chart.

  1. New button design.

  2. Chart creation now is a modal on the right which shows all the elements, by clicking on it it will open the modal to create the chart.

  3. Graphs UI improved.


Score Table

Our primary goal is to enrich the Score Table in PDF reports by introducing advanced metrics such as NPS, CES, SR, and total feedback for each attribute value. This enhancement allows for a more comprehensive analysis of feedback attributes.

How it works:

Score Table creation:

  1. Choose the attribute you want to see.

  2. Select how much attribute values you want to see, maximum 25.

  3. Choose the order (best or worst).

  4. Set a minimum feedback for the attribute value to be shown.

  5. Select the metrics you want to see in the Score Table.

     

     

     

Ratings will be added in the Score Table in our next release.


Labels

Improvement on Pie chart and benchmarking labels to give you a better readability of each chart.
