We are excited to introduce the new Attributes view in Text Analysis and the new segments behaviour in the filters tab!

Attribute Correlation with Text Analysis

We are enhancing the Text Analysis module by adding an Attribute Tab, bridging the gap between text-based insights (topics and sentiment score) and the attributes in your team. This feature enables deeper context and actionable insights.

Key Features

Attribute Tab Overview

  • Purpose: Display the relationship between identified topics, sentiment score, and attributes.

  • Structure: Two interactive views—List View and Bubble Chart View.

1. List View

  • Attribute Details: Shows Attribute | Value badges.

  • Sentiment Breakdown:

    • Visual bar for sentiment distribution (positive, neutral, negative).

    • Hover Tooltip: Displays the exact count and percentage of responses per sentiment category.

  • Total Feedbacks: A column showing the total number of feedback entries for each attribute value.

  • Actions (3-Dot Menu):

    • Go to Live Feed Page: Redirects to Live Feed with the selected attribute value, topic, and any applied filters pre-applied.

    • Create Report: Automatically generates a prefilled report using the attribute value, topic, and applied filters.

    • Create Assignment: Instantly creates an assignment incorporating the attribute value, topic, and filters if any.

2. Bubble Chart View

  • Interactive Visualization:

    • Displays the topic in the center surrounded by the top 5 attribute values most interacted with it.

    • Each bubble represents an attribute value, labeled with the value and its corresponding attribute.

  • Hover Interactivity:

    • Tooltips provide a detailed breakdown of responses linked to each attribute value.

  • Dynamic Updates: All counts dynamically update to reflect any filters applied, ensuring precise and relevant data representation.

 

This is the first iteration of the Attribute correlation with Text Analysis, more to come in next releases in Reports.

Segments flow in filters

 We’re improving the Filters Modal functionality by enabling you to manage your selected segments more efficiently. This update introduces clear segment titles, actionable menus, and dynamic options when filters are modified.

1. Segment Display and Title

  • Segment as Title: When a segment is selected, in the filters tab, its name is displayed prominently as the title, providing clarity and quick identification.

  • Three-Dot Menu: Positioned next to the segment title, this menu offers context-sensitive actions for managing the segment.

2. Dynamic Segment Actions

  • Default State (No Filter Changes):

    • Only one action is available: Remove.

      • Purpose: Removes the segment from the filter, reverting to an unsegmented filter state.

  • Updated State (Filters Changed):

    • An indicator, Filters Updated, signals that the segment’s filters have been modified.

    • Three additional actions appear:

      1. Create as a New Segment:

        • Opens the Create Segment Modal, allowing you to save the updated filters as a new segment without affecting the original.

      2. Update Segment:

        • Saves the updated filters to the current segment, ensuring that changes are reflected across the system.

      3. Cancel changes:

        • Goes back to the original segment filters.

The Create as a New Segment and Update Segment actions are only available to roles with the appropriate permissions as defined in the Feature Access Module.
