Team Descriptions via Admin Agent

To make topic suggestions and AI insights more accurate, we now support unique team-level descriptions—giving Agents the right context to personalize their recommendations. A new Admin Agent helps you generate and manage these descriptions automatically.

An AI agent is a smart system that monitors, detects patterns, and provides recommendations based on data.

Team-Level Descriptions

Location: Settings → User & Teams → Advanced Settings
Admins and Staff can now define a custom description for each team.
These descriptions are editable and persisted.
Helps Agents understand each team’s role and focus area.

Admin Agent for Description Suggestions

First-ever Admin Agent designed to automate description creation.
Runs every Monday.
Triggers only for teams without a saved description.
Suggests a short, meaningful description using organizational context + team name.

In the next iterations we will add Agents that will:

Track Satisfaction ratio on favourite attributes to detect values that are outliers and recommend a custom report to understand the anomaly.
Suggest improvements on Instructions of topics based on manual attach/detach of text answers in the topic.

⚙️ How It Works

🧠 Agent Behavior

Enabled by default.
Lives in Settings → Agents.
If a team is missing a description:
- The Agent generates one automatically.
- A notification is sent to Users with agent access.
- The suggestion appears in the Recommendations Center for review.

👤 User Interaction

Accept Suggestion:
- The description is saved to the team.
- The Agent stops suggesting for that team.
Reject Suggestion:
- The description is not saved.
- The Agent will retry weekly until disabled or the field is filled manually.

The access to Recommendations Center is limited to Admins by default but can be managed in the Feature Access module.
