We are excited to introduce our new navigation and Text Analysis module in this release!
New Navigation

Note that you will have a tour to guide you through the new navigation when you first login.
“Insights” becomes Dashboard → Dashboard is the new name for Insights here you will find your Activity, Ownership, Geographical and Pushes.
NEW Feedback hub → We've renamed the "Feedback" page to "Live Feed" to better represent its purpose and to support our ongoing expansion. For admins, all pages related to managing feedback, including "Imports", "Surveys", the "Live Feed" and “Segments” modules, are now centralised in this new Feedback Hub.
NEW Exploration hub → Introducing a new dimension to our sentiment analysis with a dedicated section combining our “Text Analysis” and “Assignments” empowered by Eureka AI modules.

Text Analysis Module
We are excited to announce an upcoming enhancement to our platform. This advanced module is designed to elevate your analysis of text answers and topics, offering improved design, enhanced performance, and a suite of new features.
Composition of the module
The Text Analysis module is comprised of three distinct components: the Responses per Topic component, the Sentiment Trend by Responses component, and a third component with three features: Summarisation by Eureka AI, Topic & Responses Tables, and Individual Topic Visualisation.
In the following paragraphs, we will explore each of these components in detail.
Responses per topic
The first component starting from the left is the Responses per topic component. This component consists in two different views of the responses of topics.
