Ai Insights in Benchmark Bar Graphs

To make our Reports smarter and more actionable, we're adding interactivity to the Benchmark component. Now, when you click a chart segment, they’ll instantly get AI-generated insights and the option to take action — no digging required.

Interactive Graph Segments

AI_popup.jpg
For this example the segment selected was Detractors of Sub Team 1
  • Clicking a segment on a chart now triggers a popup with an AI summary of the feedback behind that segment.

  • Perfect for quickly understanding what’s driving results in real-time.

AI Analysis Powered

  • For the segment selected we get text answers existing on those feedbacks and generate an AI analysis of it to provide more context to why X attribute value has so many detractors.

Two Instant Actions from Popup

  • 💬 Save as Annotation:

    • If an annotation already exists, it's replaced.

    • If not, we generate one using the same config logic.

    • Note: Saved annotations won’t auto-update.

Benchmark Support (Stacked Bars Only)

  • This feature is available for KPIs using stacked bar benchmarks only.

Available in Shareable Links

  • AI summaries are visible in shared reports — just without the "Save Annotation" and "Create Action Plan" buttons.

If the segment selected has no text answers on feedbacks it will not generate an analysis.

Compare different years overtime

To help you better understand performance trends over time, we’re introducing a Year-over-Year (YoY) benchmarking breakdown for KPIs like NPS. This new visualization lets you compare multiple years on a single graph, without relying on exact dates.

🚀 What’s New?

Year-over-Year Breakdown for Benchmarking

  • Visualize KPI trends across years on a linear graph.

  • Compare data by months, quarters, or semesters.

  • Great for analyzing seasonality or recurring trends over time.

Flexible X-Axis Timeline Options
Choose how you want to split the year:

  • 📆 Year by Months (Jan–Dec)

  • 🗓️ Year by Quarters (Q1–Q4)

  • 🧭 Semesters by Months (Jan–Jun, Jul–Dec)

Multi-Year Support

  • Select any combination of years to compare (e.g., 2023 vs 2024).

  • Each year appears as a separate colored line on the chart.

Linear Graph for Clean Trends

  • X-axis = selected time interval (month, quarter, etc.)

  • Y-axis = chosen KPI (e.g., NPS)

  • View trends side by side with smooth line comparisons.

🔑 How It Works

1️⃣ Navigate to your report
2️⃣ Add or edit a benchmark component
3️⃣ Choose:

  • Breakdown typeYears

  • Years → Select one or more years to compare

  • Interval → Break by months or quarters the x axis

  • Timeline → Choose the months you want to graph

4️⃣ The graph plots KPI scores across the selected intervals for each year

📘 Example Setup

Screenshot 2025-04-23 at 11.17.34.png
  • KPI: Satisfaction Ratio

  • Breakdown type: Years

  • Years: 2024 and 2025

  • Timeline: First semester by months interval

✅ Output: A 6-month line graph with two lines, one for each year’s Satisfaction ratio values.
