Version 3.23.0 14th November 2024
We are excited to introduce the new creation of Assignments from Text Analysis and the Users & Teams new page within this release!
Creation of Assignments from Text Analysis
To streamline the workflow between Text Analysis and Assignments, we’re introducing a new feature that allows you to create assignments directly from specific topics within Text Analysis.
This update simplifies the process, allowing you to create assignments instantly from the Text Analysis module with the relevant filters pre-applied.
Where to Find This Feature
Text Analysis Module > Topics Tab: In the Topics tab of the Text Analysis module, you will see a new “Create Assignment” option in the three-dot menu for each topic.
Automatic Filter Transfer: When initiating an assignment from a topic, all applied filters from the Text Analysis view, including filters, text answer filters + the topic chosen, will populate in the new assignment.
How it works
In this scenario I want an assignment of the detractors answers of Fruit quality:
Navigate to Text Analysis
Add a filter on NPS → detractors
In Fruit Quality I click on the 3 dots
Create assignment
This assignment will always be the main improvements for the topic + filters chosen.

New Scores Table
To improve quick insights within the Score Table in reports, we’ve added a total row and percentage indicators to better illustrate performance metrics relative to attribute averages. These enhancements make it easier to compare individual attribute values against the average at a glance, helping you assess trends and make data-driven decisions.
Feature Overview
1. Total Average Row for Attributes
Consistent Totals Across Pages: A new row displays the overall average for each attribute, ensuring you see the total attribute average consistently, regardless of pagination. This row appears at the bottom of each page in the Score Table.
Enhanced Clarity: You can now see how each attribute value compares to the attribute’s overall average, gaining a clearer picture of the data distribution.
2. Comparison Indicators
Percentage Comparison to Attribute Average: Next to each KPI value, a green or red label indicates whether a value is performing significantly above or below the average.
Clear Performance Cues: Values that differ by more than 10% from the average are marked with the percentage difference for easy reference:
Green Label: Indicates performance is significantly above the average (more than +10%).
Red Label: Indicates performance is significantly below the average (more than -10%).
Feedback Count Exception: For feedback count metrics, no percentage indicator will display, as these values are more informational.
Topic responses over time chart
To make it easier for you to interpret data in the Topic Responses Over Time chart, we've introduced a feature that allows you to hide specific topic lines on the graph. When multiple topics have similar response counts, it can be challenging to distinguish trends. This update mirrors the functionality already available in the Sentiment Trend by Responses chart, where you can selectively hide lines for a clearer view of individual topic trends.
How to Use This Feature
In Topic Responses Over Time Chart: In the Topics & Analysis module, access the Topic Responses Over Time visualisation.
Click on Line Labels to Hide: Click on any topic’s color label to hide or show its line in the chart.
Access Individual View if Needed: To open a topic's individual view, click on the topic badge as usual.
Report renaming
To streamline report customization, we've reintroduced inline renaming functionality to the report header in the Report Builder. This improvement brings the ease of renaming reports directly in the builder itself.
Inline Renaming in the Report Builder Header
Direct Renaming: You can now rename reports instantly by clicking on the report title at the top of the Report Builder. No additional steps to "save" are needed to confirm the new name.
