Topic Detection Agent

We’re helping you uncover what matters most—without the manual work. A new intelligent Agent now proactively analyzes your recent text answers to suggest topics your team might otherwise miss. All suggestions are centralized in the new Recommendations Center, where you can easily review, accept, or dismiss them—so you stay focused on action.

An AI agent is a smart system that monitors, detects patterns, and provides recommendations based on data.


What’s New?

Automated Topic Detection → How?

  • The agent will analyse text answers on a weekly basis.

  • It focuses mainly on text answers with no topic attached.

Smart Suggestions

  • Manage Suggested Topics:

    • Accept → Will create the topic

    • Reject Once → Will reject the topic but the agent will suggest it again if relevant

    • Reject Completely → Will reject the topic and the agent will not suggest it anymore

Agent Notification System

  • You will see an alert when Agent detects relevant topics:

    • "Agent Notification: We have detected the following topics."

    • An email will be also send.

    • Go to Suggestion → Takes you to the Agents Recommendation Page to review insights.

Agent Management Dashboard

  • On the Settings Page, manage agents with:

    • Agent Name & Type

    • Invocation Frequency & Last Triggered Date

    • Description of the agent

    • Enable/Disable Toggle to activate or deactivate the Agent.

In the next iterations we will add Agents that will:

  1. Track Satisfaction ratio on favourite attributes to detect values that are outliers and recommend a custom report to understand the anomaly.

  2. Suggest improvements on Instructions of topics based on manual attach/detach of text answers in the topic.

Accepting/Rejecting Agent Suggestions

  1. Topic “Monthly Newsletters” added, so now you can open it in Text Analysis module to keep on with the Insights analysis.

  2. Topic “Clear Instructions” rejected, once.

  3. Topic “Proactive Staff” rejected completely.

    1. The topic will not be suggested in the future unless it’s unlocked.

  4. Topic “Urgent Requests Ignored” nor Added nor Rejected.

  5. When Rejecting topics

    1. Reject this topic once → Will reject the topic suggestion but if the agent detects it as a relevant topic in the near future will be suggested again.

    2. Reject this topic compeltely → Will reject the topic suggestion and don’t suggest it in the future unless is unlocked.

The access to Recommendations Center is limited to Admins by default but can be managed in the Feature Access module.
