We are excited to introduce new topic management system, improvements in our benchmark component and more!


New Topic Management System

Managing topics efficiently across organizations can be challenging, especially when different teams need to track overlapping or unique topics. This update introduces a new approach to topic management, ensuring scalability, relevance, and better insights across teams.

🚀 What’s New?

Centralized Topic Storage

  • All topics are stored at the organization level.

  • Text answers from all teams are analyzed against organization-wide topics.

  • Topics are created via Eureka AI summarization or manually using the “Create Topic” button.

Smart Topic Display Based on Relevance

  • When a topic is created, it is automatically added to the team that created it.

  • Parent teams inherit topics created in sub-teams.

  • Topics are only displayed in relevant teams, ensuring clear and actionable insights.

Duplicate Topic Detection & Prevention

  • If a similar topic already exists, the system suggests using the existing one.

  • AI-enhanced detection ensures variations like “Payments” and “payments” are identified as the same topic.

  • If you update the topic instructions, a warning is displayed:

Parent & Sub-Topic Structure

  • Topics can exist at different hierarchy levels:

    • Parent topics in top-level teams.

    • Sub-topics in specific teams as needed.

  • A topic can be a parent topic in a team but a sub topic in another team, rules are at a team level.

Effortless Topic Synchronization

  • If a sub-team creates a topic that already exists at the parent level, the topic is automatically linked, preventing duplication.

  • The system ensures topics remain relevant by adjusting their visibility dynamically across teams.

  • Once created the topic can’t be renamed as it can be tracked in another team, if the topic is not more relevant to your team you can just remove the topic.

  • The instructions of a topic are the same for all teams, so updating the instructions will update them for all teams.

  • Deleting a topic will only remove it from your team but will not delete it for other teams.


Benchmark Component Improvements

1. Custom formulas

This update introduces benchmarking for custom KPIs over time, allowing for deep analysis without the need for custom feature development.

🚀 What’s New?

Custom KPI Selection in Benchmarking

  • You can now benchmark custom KPIs directly from the benchmarking type dropdown.

  • This enables comparative analysis across different breakdowns.

Only Over-Time Analysis Available

  • When a custom KPI is selected, the "Over Time" option can’t be disabled.

Optimized Chart Display

  • No horizontal bar breakdown for custom KPIs .

  • The tooltip in the chart will display the custom KPI name and value for better insights.

Refined Breakdown Options

  • Breakdowns not available:
    No breakdown by Weeks, Months, or Quarters.
    No quick add option.


2. Average bar and Deviation

When analyzing benchmark values, you can compare one value against another, but you lack an overall average to understand the bigger picture. This update introduces an "Average" bar, allowing you to see how individual values deviate from the total benchmark average.

🚀 What’s New?

Add an "Average" Horizontal Bar

  • Displays the average of all benchmark values for better comparison.

  • Helps you identify outliers and measure deviation from the norm.

    • Available in the tooltip

  • Available as an optional checkbox setting in the configuration:

    • “Add average of the benchmark values”

Deviation Analysis Over Time

  • A second optional checkbox:

    • “Show last period deviation on hover” → calculates the percentage deviation from the previous time period.

  • Works with timeline breakdowns (Months, Weeks, Quarters) for trend tracking.

Consistent Display Across All Pages

  • The average benchmark bar will be displayed across all relevant sections.

Excel Download of the Score Table

To enhance flexibility, we are introducing a “Download as Excel” feature, allowing you to export complete Score Table data effortlessly.


🚀 What’s New?

One-Click Excel Export

  • Download all displayed values, including those across multiple pages.

  • Retain all columns to ensure a complete dataset.

  • Global Score column is excluded to keep the data focused and actionable.

Seamless Data Integration

  • Extract structured insights to combine with other reports.

  • Enable deep analysis using Excel’s powerful tools.

  • Reduce manual work, saving time and effort.

1️⃣ Click “Download as Excel” in the Score Table component.
2️⃣ The system automatically compiles all relevant data into a structured Excel file:

  • Every row and column included, even from multiple pages.

  • Well-organized format for easy analysis and presentation.

  • Excludes Global Score

Generate Names of Components With Eureka AI

Manually naming report components can be time-consuming, especially when working with complex configurations. To streamline this process, we are introducing an automated title generation feature that dynamically creates relevant names for report components based on your settings.

🚀 What’s New?

Auto-Generate Component Titles

  • Click “Generate” to instantly create a name based on the component’s configuration.

Dynamic & Contextual Naming

  • Uses the component’s inputs to generate a meaningful title.

  • Keeps naming aligned with the report’s structure for better readability.

Seamless Workflow

  • Works only for applicable components (excluding Questions & Attributes, and Action Plans).

  • Helps you quickly organize and interpret your reports.

  • Makes collaboration easier, as components are clearly labeled.
